Building Teamwork, Skills, and Sportsmanship
At AYL, our mission is to grow the game of lacrosse for youth in Auburn, Washington. We offer clinics and organized teams for children from Kindergarten through 8th grade, with a focus on building skills, teamwork, and creating a positive, safe experience for all participants. We believe all kids should have a chance to play, so we offer scholarships, free gear rentals, and payment plans. Click below to start the registration process or read on for more details.
Spring Season Information
Season runs February to beginning of June overall. Season ends in May, but some of our older teams elect to play a tournament at the beginning of June. Practices are two to three times a week depending upon age and run for 1.5 to 2 hours. Specific details are below. Click on a group to view details. Note: Details subject to change based on coach and field availability.
K-2 (Co-ed)
- Season Start: End of March
- Practices: Friday nights, 1.5 hours, at Game Farm Park
- Games: End of season tournament at end of May
Girls
- Teams Available: 3/4th graders, 5/6th graders, 7/8th graders
- Season Start: Beginning of March
- Practices: Tuesday & Thursday nights for all girls teams, 5/6 & 7/8 have additional practice Friday night
- Games: Saturdays or Sundays, end of March through mid-May
Boys
- Teams Available: 3/4th graders, 5/6th graders, 7/8th graders
- Season Start: February
- Practices: Tuesday & Thursday nights for all boys teams, 5/6 & 7/8 have additional practice Friday night
- Games: Saturdays, first weekend of March through mid-May
Other details
- All players are required to have a USA Lacrosse Membership. Cost is $30, and we cannot process any registrations without a valid membership. https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership
- Rent gear for free! Details will be provided post-registration
